Shipping policy

How shipping is calculated
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase, and the displayed amount will be the final shipping cost in most cases.

For bikes, shipping is based on a flat rate.
Shipping cost adjustments
If the actual carrier cost exceeds the quoted amount by more than 10%, Power In Motion reserves the right to contact you for approval before proceeding. This may occur due to unexpected factors such as postal disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other unforeseen conditions.
If contacted about a revised shipping cost, you may choose to approve the new amount and continue with your order, or request a full refund — no questions asked.
Dispatch & transit times
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We take steps to keep any holiday-related delays to a minimum.
Transit time
Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 7–10 days.
Tracking notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by email. Use it to follow your shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
Delivery time exceeded
If your delivery has exceeded the forecasted timeframe, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Special orders & back-orders
Special order deposits
All special orders require a deposit of 30–50% of the item's value at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due upon arrival of the item.
Special order refunds
For commonly available bikes and items ordered specially, your deposit is refundable if the item arrives and does not suit your needs.
Riese & Müller bikes are non-refundable. These bikes are built to your exact specifications at the factory. Because they cannot be restocked, all Riese & Müller special orders are final sale. Please ensure you are fully confident in your configuration before ordering — our team is happy to walk you through every option beforehand.
Stock availability
We work to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. If a discrepancy occurs and we cannot fulfill your full order, we will contact you to arrange either a backorder or a refund for the unavailable item(s).
Delivery options & changes
Change of delivery address
We can update your delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is needed.
P.O. box shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available to P.O. box locations.
Lost & damaged parcels
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the delivery company directly and file a claim with them. Power In Motion is not liable for damage caused during transit — this is a matter to be resolved between you and the courier.
Lost in transit
If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact the courier with your tracking number. You are also welcome to reach out to our support team for additional assistance. Power In Motion is not liable for lost packages.
Returns & cancellations
Change of mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method — excluding any shipping charges paid.

All special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is defective or does not match the specifications outlined at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our return policy above.

Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in cases of defect or specification mismatch.
Warranty
Warranty claims
All warranty claims are handled directly through the original brand manufacturer — not through Power In Motion. Please contact the brand for warranty support. Our team can help point you in the right direction if needed.
