The Tern Spartan Rack 74mm is a front pannier rack — it carries side-loading panniers that hang off both sides of the rack, not crates or strapped platform cargo. The low-riding design positions panniers as low as possible on the front of the bike, keeping the centre of gravity down and the bike stable under load. Large-gauge tubular 6061 aluminium provides the stiffness needed to carry loaded panniers without flex. Stainless steel mounting hardware resists corrosion.
