The Minoura TSG-23EBW All in One is the step up from the SGS-400 series — a universal handlebar mount that combines front bag attachment with multi-device mounting in a single clamp. Compatible with Minoura's EB-Band system and fitting bars across the full 22mm to 34mm diameter range, it works on road, MTB, and e-bike cockpits without adapters. Aluminum construction, black finish, and a $49.99 price point make it the most capable mount in the Minoura lineup we carry.

Front bag + devices — one clamp does both
The TSG-23EBW is designed to carry a front handlebar bag and mount additional devices simultaneously — GPS computer, light, or camera. Eliminates the need for a separate bag mount and a separate device mount competing for bar space.
EB-Band compatible
Designed to work with Minoura's EBW-BAND system — a silicone band accessory attachment system that secures bags and accessories without tools. Compatible accessories attach and detach quickly without loosening the bar clamp.
Universal fit — 22mm to 34mm bars
A single clamp covers the full range from 22mm standard bars up to 34mm wide bars — road, flat bar, and MTB oversize all included. No shims, no adapters. Wider range than either SGS-400 model.
SGS-400 series also available — device-only mounts
If a front bag mount is not needed, the SGS-400-STD (#160673-01, $34.99) covers 22.2–28.6mm bars for 2 devices, and the SGS-400-OS (#160674-01, $34.99) covers 27.2–35.0mm bars for 3 devices.
